    How to find your model or serial number

    To find model or serial numbers, choose your device below.

      Take note of the exact model number and version of your product. The serial number is located right underneath the model number. In this example, the model number of the device is M20.

    WIRELESS ROUTERS AND ACCESS POINTS

    • E-Series

      Step 1:
      Look at the top of the device.

      Step 2:
      The model number should be found under the CISCO logo.
